How long in advance do I need to book a vehicle?

There is no time frame in about how long you can book a vehicle. However, it is always better to book your vehicle ahead of time because of availability and high demand for the rental vehicles.

Do I get a penalty for cancelling my upcoming trip?

If you cancel your trip 24 hours before your trip begins there is no cancellation penalty. 

However, if you cancel a prepaid reservation within the 24 hours of your trip start, there will be a $80 processing fee.

Are there any extra fees?

There are no hidden fees, when you book the vehicle on our website it will provide you the exact amount that you will pay for the rental, no surprises fee or extra fees at your arrival.

What is the procedure if I am in an accident or have an incident?

Make sure you obtain a police report if another vehicle is involved in the accident. If you are not a fault for the accident (as indicated by the police report) we will contact the other persons insurance company or credit card company immediately to open a case file. We will obtain an estimate on your behald and provide you all the necessary documentatino requested by the company. If you have an incident, we will obtain an estimate and you can also contact your credit card company or insurance company and again we will provide the necessary documentation for you to get reimbursed.

How old do I have to be for the rentals?

The minimum age to rent one of our vehicles is 21+ all drivers under 26 years old there is a young driver surcharge of $30/day.

Why are your prices so cheap?

Instant Car Rental is a company that provides vehicles from 2012 all the way to 2019. We provide reliable and safe vehicles at one affordable price. Our customers are usually people that come from different states for pleasure, business and other needs that require a safe and reliable vehicle.

Can I extend my trip with the car rental?

YES. You can always extend your trip as long as you will like! You only need to contact us and let us know you will like to extend your trip. Keep in mind to extend your trip ahead of time due to the high demand of the vehicles. If you do not extend ahead of time, there might be a reservation ahead of yours and you will not be able to extend your trip any further. But we can always provide a vehicle swap for your needs.

How The Road Side Assistance Works?

Sometimes we will encounter an issue on the road, but no worries we are here to support you and help you through the process right away. You will need to contact us in order to provide you assistance during your trip. We will provide another vehicle that way you can get back on the road with no issues and continue your plans/activities.

Do you offer one or two day rentals?

At this time we can no longer offer one or two day rentals. Due to the worker shortage we currently have. The minimum rental is 4 days or more.
